If your product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or a refund.
Eligibility conditions
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted only after approval by our team.
Return procedure
Contact our customer service by email with your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive instructions for returning the product.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund using the original payment method.
Defective products or order errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer you an exchange or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or original payment method.
